Phase 3

Guilt free Pizza for PHASE 3

Serves 6

  • 1 cauliflower chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup Parmesan

Grate cauliflower or place in a food processor until fine.

Steam cauliflower for 5-10 minutes

Stand aside and allow it to cool down

You may want to place cauliflower onto a paper towel to dry excess moisture

Place all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well

Greece lightly (spray oil) a round pizza tray

Flatten out mixture on the tray to make a base

Place in preheated oven on 200 Degrees Celsius and bake for 20 minutes

Topping:

You can use a topping of your choice. This was made for my children and the toppings I used were:

Tomato (blended to put over the base)

Ham, onion and mushroom

CHOOSE FOODS FROM PHASE 3 TO USE AS YOUR TOPPING

Put the topping on your base and place in the oven for a further 10 minutes

Then allow to cool and eat

(I sprinkled a little extra cheese over the top and put back in the oven until melted)
