• 100g diced chicken pieces
  • 1/2 cos lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • pinch of salt


  1. Place chopped lettuce and cucumber on a plate.
  2. Fry chicken with chilli powder, garlic and salt in a non-stick frying pan and place on top of your salad.
  3. Enjoy hot or cold!
