Chicken Burger

Serves 4-5

  • 500g chicken mince
  • 3 crushed grissini sticks
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • Some finely chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • You may add other spices to

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine together with hands.

Make 5-6 patties from the mix (depending on your desired sixe)

Cook on medium heat in a non-stick fry pan for 10 minutes

Serve with a nice green salad
