Perfect for phase 3 or after

Serves 4-5

  • 1 cauliflower chopped
  • 2 Cups water
  • 2 Cups Chicken Stock
  • ½ Cup Fish sauce
  • 300grams of mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • ½ Capsicum
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 750grams of mixed seafood
  • ½ fresh lime

In a pot place chopped cauliflower, the water and chicken stock along with the fish sauce. Bring to the boil then simmer for 7 minutes or until cauliflower is soft.

Place is a non-stick fry pan the mushrooms, onion, capsicum, salt and pepper. Fry on low heat until the onion becomes translucent.

Pour cauliflower mix into a blender and blend until smooth. Return the cauliflower-mix to the pot and add the mixed seafood and vegetable mix.

Bring pot to boil then simmer for 7 minutes.

Squeeze the juice of the lime over the top and serve
