Serves 1

  • 100g chicken mince
  • 4 Celery stalks diced
  • 1 Apple diced
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon of lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Fry chicken and onion in a non-stick pan until cooked.

Place all other ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine together.

Add chicken and onion when cooked and serve.

Nice hot or cold
