What is 123 Diet?

My name is Emma Moroni and I created 123 Diet because I couldn't find a diet that would work.

Seven years ago I was overweight with an underactive thyroid and Hashimoto's disease. I tried countless diets but none were effective enough for me to see results. I was desperate and had almost lost hope of ever losing weight. That was when I started to look for my own solution.

After experimenting with different plant extracts and diet regiments, I found something that worked for me. I lost all my extra weight, and I wanted to see if I could help my friends do the same. After they lost weight too, I knew I had created something meaningful.

I've still maintained my weight up until today, and I've spent almost a decade perfecting the 123 Diet plan. Don't be afraid to fail, be afraid not to try.

  • Do I need to exercise on this diet to see results?

    Exercise is not a part of our diet program. However, we do recommend that everyone strives to follow American Heart Association guidelines of 150 minutes per week of moderately intense aerobic activity such as by taking a walk.

  • How long until I start to lose weight?

    Everyone is different and individual results may vary. A lot of our customers are happy with their progress. If you would like to learn more about what 123 Diet may be able to do for you, please don't hesitate to contact us whenever convenient. Our support staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Will I gain weight back if I stop the diet?

    There are three phases in our diet. Phase one is preparing for our diet, phase two is following our clean-eating meal plan while taking your drops, and phase three is maintaining your new weight. Each phase has its own selection of delicious food.

    We strongly recommend following phase three for as long as possible to maintain your new weight. Be sure to follow the instructions included in our diet booklet.
